This recipe has underwent many versions from myself, and so far I think this is the tastiest. In the video you noticed that I could have used a little bit more peanut butter or honey, last time i made this I left out the flax seed and it was just perfect, so if you don’t like flaxseed leave that out, and it should work just great!
Ingredients:
1 cup of oatmeal
2/3 cup of coconut flakes
1/2 cup of ground flax seed
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/3 cup of honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 scoop of protein powder
In this case I used Pro Jym S’mores flavored protein powder.
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, throw in the fridge for 30 minutes, take them out, roll them into balls. The above made about 10 energy balls!
